Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to join a luxury brand as part of the marketing leadership team. You will be responsible for creating, leading and measuring the overall marketing strategy.

Funciones

 

  • Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including, Advertising, Content, SEO, Communications, Events and PR.
  • Actively lead all marketing functions to achieve the company's growth, profitability, goals and align with the corporate direction.
  • Will be in charge of the: Editorial, Communications, Performance Marketing, and Community Manager Departments.
  • Coordinating all the lead and demand generation activities across all digital and offline channels (recommending the most appropriate marketing mix required to deliver a strong return on investment and generation of marketing leads and pipeline): Inbound and Content marketing, Outbound Marketing, Referral Programs, Paid Media, Lead development / management, PR activities, offline events and partnerships, etc.
  • Developing integrated multi-touch multi-channel cadences to support the effort of local sales teams.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Act as the pivotal element between Marketing and Sales, aiming to optimize the conversion rates.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the Sales Leadership to ensure the Marketing and Sales organizations work closely together and are intimately aligned.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share and roll-out and pioneer B2B growth experiments in all countries leveraging all digital channels.
  • Manage a team  including setting, monitoring and reporting of team goals.
  • Prepare, monitor and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
Requisitos

 

  • 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing within a luxury sector.
  • Superb attention to detail, personal organization and excellent planning & management skills to coordinate complex products with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven knowledge of key metrics and strategies that can increase B2B conversions, including performance campaigns across multiple platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Google Display, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ability to analyse and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimise the effectiveness. Solid knowledge of web analytics and funnel conversions is a must.
  • Willing to get insights from the data, execute and run quick hypothesis tests to drive fast Growth.
  • Exceptional organisation and leadership skills. Experience of successfully delivering multiple project.
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and financial skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to work effectively with ambiguity and has resilience to deal with setbacks and challenges.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.
