AME program

The work of more than 20 years with High Level Management Teams, has allowed us to develop a high level of expertise, both theoretical and empirical, when it comes to making individualized advice.

Through personal development techniques and individualized coaching sessions, we carried out the AME Program, with the aim of improving the Management Style and optimizing the result of the function of the Management Teams, walking towards excellence.

It is a program that allows obtaining results of magnitude directly proportional to the degree of commitment of the manager with the Organization, with his desire for personal improvement and with the coach that accompanies him in the process.
